I wanted to post an update to my previous review. After I shared my experience, the company reached out, sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, and promptly sent me a replacement product.
I'm genuinely grateful for the way they handled the situation. Mistakes can happen with any business, but what truly matters is how they respond and in this case, they took responsibility and made things right. The replacement arrived, and I'm happy with the outcome.
Thank you to the team for your professionalism, excellent customer service, and for valuing your customers. I really appreciate the effort you made to resolve the issue.
Extremely poor quality product and very unprofessional customer service.
I was contacted on WhatsApp to confirm my order, so when the product arrived and I opened the package, I immediately noticed that one of the pieces was broken. I took photos right away and sent them to the same number that had contacted me.
Instead of offering assistance, I was asked, "Did you break it, or did you receive it like this?" I explained that it had arrived damaged and provided the photos as evidence.
It has now been four days, and despite multiple follow ups and phone calls, I have received no response or resolution. The lack of professionalism and after sales support is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
